Ordering the wrong item
Minor color or print placement differences
Shipping delays outside our control

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [YOUR EMAIL].

Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

A replacement item
Store credit

Return Conditions

Approved returns must be:

In original condition

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
