Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Processing times may be longer during:

New drops
Holidays
High order volume periods
Limited releases

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated Shipping Times

United States

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after processing.

International Orders

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after processing depending on destination and customs.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.  

Total Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within:

7–14 business days in the U.S.
10–28 business days internationally

Delivery times can vary depending on carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-demand periods.  

Tracking

All orders include tracking once shipped.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Carrier delays
Customs delays
Delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information
